As a mergers and acquisitions advisor it is apparent that how a small business is valued is often not well understood by entrepreneurs. Liisa’s book takes a topic that is typically complex and esoteric and presents it in a clear, accurate and easy to read format that should be required reading for small business owners whether they are contemplating a transaction or not. Her writing capabilities coupled with her valuation expertise yields a rare outcome – an enjoyable read on a technical topic.
